These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LUTS (the "Service") and its users in connection with using the Service. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a personal journaling app that lets you photograph and record the sky each day, add a short note and location, and collect them as your own record.
You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and the Service's guidance, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (unauthorized access, automated bulk requests, etc.).
The Service may change or suspend all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons. Where prior notice is possible, it will be given via the app or this page.
The Service is provided free of charge. We are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our control, such as force majeure, user fault, or failures of third-party services (cloud / authentication providers). We recommend that you separately back up important data.
You may terminate at any time via My Page > Delete Account in the app; upon deletion, your account and stored photos and records are deleted.
The collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be revised in line with applicable law or changes to the Service; any revision will be posted on this page.
