LUTS (the "Service") is an app for recording the sky in a photo every day. We take your privacy seriously and collect, use, and store your information as described below.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address and account identifier provided when you sign in with a social account (Apple, Google).
• Sky photos: photos you take and save with the in-app camera, along with the short note you leave with them.
• Location: only with your consent, the location at the time a photo is taken (neighborhood name and coordinates) to tag it on the photo. If you do not consent, no location is stored.
• Usage / diagnostic data: anonymous, aggregated analytics used to improve app quality and features (Firebase Analytics).

2. How We Use Information

• Account authentication and storing/displaying each user's sky records
• Tagging photos with the capture location (neighborhood / coordinates)
• A once-a-day reminder at the time you set (on-device local notification)
• Improving service quality and features

3. Storage & Retention

Photos and records are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS, Seoul region) infrastructure, and all communication is encrypted over HTTPS. Information is retained for as long as you keep your account.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. We use the following processors to operate the Service: Amazon Web Services (hosting / storage), Google Firebase (anonymous analytics), and Apple / Google (sign-in authentication).

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all stored photos and records at any time via My Page > Delete Account in the app. When you delete your account, the related data is deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised in line with applicable law or changes to the Service; any revision will be posted on this page.
